Frequently Asked Questions

Do you remove the old system?

Removal and disposal of old units is quoted on site as an extra. It's usually $100-200 per unit depending on access and disposal requirements. We'll include it in your on-site quote before starting.

Do I need to provide anything?

No. We bring the unit, all materials, and tools. You just need to be home to confirm the install location and sign off on completion. Clear access to the install area helps — move furniture away from the wall if possible.

Do you clean up afterwards?

Yes. We lay down protective sheeting before starting and clean up all debris, packaging, and offcuts before we leave. The space will look like we were never there — except for the new air conditioner on the wall.

What paperwork do I get?

You receive a tax invoice on completion, a certificate of electrical compliance, and your Hisense manufacturer warranty registration details. Keep these for warranty claims and insurance purposes.
